The Deadites, The Barracks, The Crash Mats

The Deadites
Melodic Pop punk from Peterborough. Think Uk 90s punk with added ooomf and an extra 20 years of influences. Gruff vocals, solid drums, catchy riffs and good lyrics! what more could you want? These folks absolutely smashed it at Manchester Punk Festival! They are currently working on a new album and by the sound of the new songs we have been treated to live, its going to be amazing! Their now sold out, debut self titled album is in our opinion an underrated classic of the genre. you can get a digital copy here on a “name your price” deal, and you definitely should! https://thedeaditesuk.bandcamp.com/album/the-deadites and see some lovely live footage here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwcffeAahqw

The Barracks
Catchy, shoutalong street punk from Hastings town! Think early Epitaph/Hellcat records, but with uk punk edge. With an energy reminiscent of when Rancid were good, and a passion and vocal delivery comparable to Bouncing souls! Feel good tunes that will get you up and dancing! They have recently released a split with fellow Hastings reprobates Matilda’s Scoundrels which you can hear here. https://thebarracks.bandcamp.com/album/split-w-matildas-scoundrels. You can watch the video for their song “Middle Ground” here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhjVI5Y9vK4 Which is a massive tune!

The Crash Mats
Ska punk from Oldham, Songs Covering all of the great lyrical subjects, of puking outside Gregg’s, sausage rolls, weed, pizza and booze. Bringing all the fun with plenty of energy, guaranteed to make you both smile and dance your faces right off. First time in Ipswich and we are very chuffed to have these bouncy happy fellas involved.
